 Dr. David M. Farmani practices Tax, Business, Family and Criminal law. He also provides services in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial Contracts, Will and Estate including the litigation matters. Dr. Farmani completed his Bachelor and Master of Science at University of Alabama with outstanding thesis awards from the Kellogg Foundation and AIChE Education for Excellence in 1986. He received his PhD in Psychology prior to attending law school in 1992 and completed his JD (magna cum laude) at University of Alabama Law School in 1995.

We accept a responsibility to assist community organizations with their legal needs and we consider it to be in the interests of our clients to be involved in beneficial community activities. In that role, we have helped to incorporate not for profit and charitable organizations and to offer them practical legal advice in their day to day activities. However, we do not restrict our role to that of outsider advisers. At FLO, we encourage our staff members to become actively involved. We are well represented in positions of leadership and responsibility within many organizations.
